Oh, yeah. That doesn't surprise me. We had a shit ton of people applying to be Demans even though it wasn't a secret that we hunted down humans. Morals tend to get dropped if you reap big enough rewards from it.

Usually it doesn't. A life of crime never really works out anyway, and I think it's kind of nice when people have a change of heart like that.

I'd be more surprised if that didn't happen. You guys let somebody get away with murder today. People are probably gonna get more confident about it, especially now that you know what'll happen next.

But I guess it depends on what you count as regular.

My definition of "regular" is probably a little skewed. I'm sort of surprised no one stabbed someone else in a fit of anger or something. Today, I mean.

What's going to happen to the person who got voted for? You guys decided on that yet?

I am, too. But then again I kinda thought Wrath was gonna stab somebody if Despair wasn't holding them back.

[but...hm.] We won't really know until tomorrow, but I think the others said there would be "justice." Greed called it a balance, but they seemed pretty annoyed earlier when they came back upstairs.

Calling anything justice seems like a farce at this point, but hey, I'll admit I'm a cynic.

Vira I think? Wrath gets pretty mad pretty easily. [yes, hence why they're wrath, good job lust.]

I get it. Maybe if you guys voted for the right person it'd be justice to find them and figure out what to do next. But...[a shrug.] I just hope some of the others can handle it, whatever happens next.

It'll go one of two ways. They'll figure out a way to change things, or they won't survive. And I'd really like it if it was the former, but...we can't really stop the latter if that's what happens.

I didn't mean to be a drag, but it's true. I'm sort of worried about some of the nicer people here, even if I haven't talked to everyone yet. But there isn't really anything we can do about that either.
