Well, it's definitely that.

We can try? Don't think it'll do anything for our food intake for the day, but that's kind of a fun idea too.

It'll be cool to see if it works! But how do you feel about seafood? Like oysters maybe?

[aubins]

I've got no problem with it, although I don't think I've tried oysters. [ ... ah. ] Oh, seafood speciality?

[probe]

Yup! Though we make other stuff here, too, like rice omelettes. They're not as good as the ones at Ota's place though.

[aubins]

Oh those sound interesting. I've had omlettes for breakfast before but it's never been with rice.

[probe]

Oh it's good! You make a regular omelette and it's filled with fried rice with ketchup on top, traditionally. It's one of the only non-fish dishes we have...let me see if I can get the simulation to get us some. Have a seat!

[pick a table, yuri, she's going to scuttle off toward the kitchen.]

[ oh, well. there she goes. he will take a seat and await this non-fish ketchip rice dish? ]

[after a few moments, she'll come back with a plate of omurice! there is also a drawing of a fish on top in ketchup.]

A little! It's called Option Ahhhn. It's a little less personal than the eel sucking option.

[ he continues to just stare, spoon of omurice like halfway between his mouth and the plate. ]

Do I want to know about the eel sucking option, Little-A?

It's like...the customer and the mermaid each have the end of an eel in their mouth and they eat it until their lips touch.

Maid cafes always charge for extra services like that. [this is why she's lust, probably.] But it's not something I'd do for just anybody here.

Try the food! I wanna see if it actually tastes like anything.

Oh, you get to say no if you don't want to? [ there was probably something a little angry and concerned brewing up there because i keep forgetting it's emotion share week. but it quietens down at the implication it's not a someone pays and you have to do it sort of deal.

There are some services we can opt out of if we aren't old enough. [so yeah.] I didn't mind doing some of them though.

[the omurice is a simulation so it won't fill him up or anything, but it does at least taste pretty good.]

It tastes pretty nice. I don't really have something to compare it too though, but... you said this was really popular? [ he can see why ]

You should be able to opt out of that shit any time. But it's complicated when it's work related.

Yup. I like it better at Ota's house but maybe that's cheating.

[she shrugs.] We know what we're signing up for when we start working, you know? It's okay.

[aubins]

Literally homemade instead of shop made? There's something different about cooking for yourself versus eating at an inn, that's for sure.

[ he pulls a face. ] You can do things because you have to, or know what you're signing up for and still be unhappy when other people do it too, Little-A.

[probe]

His family owns a diner, so it's sort of the same thing as having a shop make it. But more personal. [yeah.]

I knooow. I told you, I don't work there anymore. But some of my friends still do.

[aubins]

[ he reaches out and tugs the edge of her hood gently. ]
