How do I put this! I'm not the most personable guy? I don't think the same way as usual people, so I find it difficult to handle them outside of business. It's been easier now that I get to spend more quality time, so I have several references... There are a lot of nice people on the station. They don't just write me off as someone who can always take care of himself, too. Having no powers makes it easier, though I think it has also changed my mindset. I don't think myself as someone separate from the rest all the time.

Without your typical job and your original set of abilities, you find yourself having more in common with the collective as a whole due to having additional time to learn about them. Less of an outlier due to being on a more even playing field.

Given your profession I would be more surprised to hear you didn't have that to begin with. [it's just a fact of life for some people.]

Some. Though some have grown more stubborn with time, it seems. Enomoto for one thing. Miss Nonagesimus for another.

[and greed doesn't even dislike them but sometimes people are tiring to argue with.]

I'd say that Mineo has changed since he came here, in his own way.

You don't think it's comforting that some things don't change?

Perhaps he has. That doesn't change that his focus is drifting when it shouldn't be.

It depends on the things. If a bad thing doesn't change at all, then I would hardly call that comforting. Though, of course, if there's something stable and good...most people would find that helpful.

I had a set in my office. [a wry tone.] I haven't had much time to play myself, but simply having it is nice.

Envy doesn't seem to have a clue about much of anything. [envy is no longer dead and dying so greed doesn't have to feel bad about being rude.] Though the true answer is that it's hard to quantify until we see what's been done with your group.

It was simply for instructional purposes. It was the least likely option to form any sort of attachment, physical or emotional. And Gluttony is easy on the eyes.
