For many reasons? [most of which are that greed is an idiot and also a baby.] The bar is behind us. Surely there's another glass and more alcohol there?

Well, yeah, but I don't really know how to make drinks...and I just wanted to try and get to know you better!

Then the first thing you may learn about me is that I don't know how to make drinks either and prefer wine if it must be alcohol. [she may get the sense they are smirking a little under their hood, given the tone.]

she will be greeted with a set of fangs that are kind of just there. greed is not so much smiling as they are looking vaguely smug. there's also the soft purple glow of their eyes formulated into a perfect resting bitch face, little wispy shadows pooling out.]

[ . . . she simply nods before straightening back up, apparently satisfied. ]

No wonder it felt familiar. Light smiles kind of like that sometimes.

Please do not compare me to Yagami...[they are their own person?]

He's smart, cool, super talented at everything he does, not to mention really attractive...

And most important of all—he's going to make the world a better place.

[greed finishes their drink in one go.]

Miss Amane. Yagami's idea of justice hardly aligns with what many would consider proper. You understand that, don't you?

[ it's almost scary how 100% sincere she is about that. ]

I hardly require a nickname. [no! the question also seems to throw them off-guard because they pause. what a question.]

And no. I find it unnecessary.

[ she will ignore their unwillingness to accept a nickname for now, because a much more important matter has come up: ]

I also find this line of conversation unnecessary. [greed does not want to talk about this? weird.]

[ a beat, followed by a smirk ]

Won't you indulge me and my curiosity?

[probe]

[flatly:]

No. [misa!!!] I've never had time to indulge in such things, so I'm afraid you won't find anything to satiate your curiosity.

[fatalattraction]

Oh... that's actually kinda sad? [ :( ] I think it's a feeling that everyone should experience at least once, even if it's just a little thing.

[probe]

[she says this, but the grip greed has on their glass grows a bit tighter, the skin of their hand crackling just a little.]
