[true to her word, lust is waiting outside of the infinity closet dutifully, keeping an eye out for sheila.]

[It doesn't take long for Sheila to arrive, popping out of the elevator within the minute. She waves and approaches upon spotting her, obviously happy to see a friend.]

Hi! I hope you weren't waiting for too long.

[likewise, she seems pretty happy to see sheila and immediately straightens up and wave back.]

Nah, it's okay. I move way faster than everybody else so I'm used to being first.

Oh. Well, that's a useful skill to have. Some people really should learn a thing or two from you.

[Cannot believe Lust is Sonic now.

But Sheila gestures at the closet.]

Have you been in there before?

You think? I guess it's technically a thing I could teach if they really wanted to...[but she doesn't leave room for questions before she steps forward to open the door.]

A few times! It's Wrath's, so I like coming here and seeing what cute outfits I can make even if I can't wear them all the time. [also she's very fond of wrath. it's sort of like going through an older sibling's stuff, basically.] Sometimes it feels like the racks change every time I come in.

[... She starts to ask, but Lust is already moving to the door. Oh, well.]

I wouldn't be surprised if the racks did change. It feels like this room goes on fucking forever. Is it magic? Because if it is, I hope it's the kind I can bring with me to Santa Clarita.

No idea. We just found it this way, but Wrath might know better than me. Or maybe it can just be something else you wish for? Something nice for you and your husband both.

[no one said you couldn't add to wishes.]

Though, speaking of add-ons, how have you been?

Why not? [ worth a try! but the question is something. there's a weird blip of something that isn't quite pleasant but she's maintaining some kind of happiness anyway.]

I've been fine. It's always nice when you guys get new rooms and we can go do things, too.

[toesies]

[Lust, your feelings. Sheila frowns a little, but— she promised to be gentle.]

I heard Gluttony scared the shit out of the people who kept messing up the rooms, too. Which is great, because I would be pissed if anyone ruined any of these rooms. [Imagine raw steak in the closet... Ew.] You deserve to hang out and have fun, anyway. The last few days have been... a lot.

[there are no feelings, those died.]

I think it's partially just because Gluttony likes scaring people. But it'd be nice if they treated some of the rooms nicer. Or at least cleaned up after themselves. [jeez.]

Every day's kind of a lot lately, don't you think? It doesn't get easier on anybody.

[toesies]

After the hot tub cheese, I think I'm with Gluttony on that one. Why did some people never learn to respect public property? It's so rude.

[She stops by the jewelry bins, sorting through them.]

... Mm, pretty much. You guys must be exhausted watching from the sidelines.

Probably because this place isn't theirs and they've never had a place that is? It's all I can figure. [don't mind her, she's browsing shoes. there's a waver of something then, mostly aggravation and a hint of sadness, but it's immediately silenced again.]

I don't want to say we're used to it because that's not it, but we've all kind of gotten used to it? There isn't a ton we can do from here but watch you guys work stuff out.

Okay, you so do not need to be a property owner to have good manners. It's just good manners.

[Hmm... There is such a spike of concern. Lord. She sighs.]

I'm sorry, Lust. I really wish none of you were in this position. It's so degrading.

Maybe they don't have those either. [a shrug.]

...it's just something that happened. Degrading or not, it was the better option.

...it's fine, Mrs. Hammond. I don't mind it all the time. The whole Avatar thing has more pros than cons most days.

Yeah, but... If something bigger, better popped up, you wouldn't take it?

Depends on what it would be and what'd it give us. [she'll be honest at least.]

I'd only leave if I got what I came here for. Otherwise there's no point.

[Truly glad this is before she finds out how ominous that statement is. Wheezes.]

And maybe you will! I heard Takeru say you guys aren't sure you'll get what you came here for, but... Hey, with a group like this, I'm sure we'll figure something out. Somehow.

I hope so. It'd be nice for everybody wouldn't it? I don't think anybody's wishes are any more important than anybody else's, but getting all of them granted is gonna take a lot of work.

[toesies]

Exactly! [A beat.] Well, unless their wish happens to involve things like world domination or the eradication of mankind. That doesn't seem like something that should get granted.

...probably not, but maybe we can convince them to alter their wish somehow? Like a bargain.
