Sometimes! He's a surprisingly sweet guy. But I think you already know that.

Yup. [she seems to perk up at that. pride is a good dad!!] He's the best even if he won't say so and gets all weird and grumpy when I say so.

It's nice to know he's trusting people a little more.

It sounds like he's had a really rough time, so... I just things get better for him.

...but he has. He deserves a lot of good things to make up for the bad things that've happened. I'm glad other people are acknowledging that, too.

Mental health is a very important issue that people still don't give enough attention to. [stop.]

Sometimes I think he's happier being miserable because he at least knows how to handle that instead of hoping for something good and having it taken away. But it's still not fair to him, so...thanks for talking to him. It helps.

Oh, Pride... I like talking to him. He's a good friend, and he deserves so much more than that. Life should be about living! Enjoying yourself! You shouldn't be surviving day to day, miserable. That's not what life's about.
