Thankfully several of the clowns belong to Envy and Pride. It's my only consolation.

Envy's team is nearly entirely clowns, they have a whole circus to wrangle.

I mean, the lust part is pretty obvious. I'm sure you have been keeping a watch over everyone here.

But I suspect it's because of a 'lust for knowledge' as well. I do bury myself in the sciences, and I am not satisfied until I have learned everything I can.

I try not to watch your affairs in that regard. [they would really love to not see you guys banging, thank you.] Though, I suppose you're simply living up to your alignment.

And even after learning everything you can, you persist to learn more?

Of course. One never stops learning until they're dead.

Sometimes even beyond death one continues to learn. As I understand it your sfeer thing is a science, but what else have you studied in the past?

Isn't death supposed to be the end of things?

It's supposed to be. But in some cases there are ways those who have died continue to learn and have influence upon the living.

Huh. Now there is an idea. Do you know if that's possible for the two who died recently?

That I do not. I don't have much experience in the way of communicating with the dead.

And I suppose none of your fellow avatars do either?

I believe you would have to ask them.

Are you a man of science as well? Or woman, or...whatever you may be.

Not directly. Not really. But the things I have interest in are heavily involved in science. I can appreciate logic and facts more than ideals and make-believe.

That makes two of us. Science is important to me because you can reliably predict results. Or, when things to go awry, you can trace back the source and figure out just what went wrong. Even mistakes are a learning experience.

Magic is just...magic. There's no logic to it, it just happens.
