Things to wonder. [as far as miles was concerned it was always going to end up this way since, of course, he knew where the dead were being held. but it's an interesting thought and one he'll hang on to for a while. all the more reason he had to ask, especially upon thinking how he never really expressed how much he actually likes gojou in comparison to how gojou likes him.

[ damn ya gonna repress all of that, son. Gojou is blissfully ignorant about the inner workings of Miles Edgeworth and just accepts that they both mutually feel the same. It's something they can't act on anymore which is fine for him since he's happy with Omi, especially. His pocket of normalcy where he can feel more human than he usually does.

Personally, I prefer a battle royale, but that doesn't seem fair for the pool you guys gathered? In a way, it's already unfair since we have people like Aoi here, then we have a curse and a cannibal.

I don’t think it’s much of a solution, just a preference. When I accepted the deal, I anticipated some kind of culling game. It would have been more efficient? In terms of time, but probably not good for generating indulgences or getting to know people.

You may have been the only one to anticipate such a thing, judging by how everyone responded. [anger...shock...etc.] It had to be a long game, but not nearly as long as ours. It was a complicated scenario.

Someone's background plays a big part! I thought something as big as a wish means you might need to do the worst thing possible. Good thing killing is optional. In the end, it worked out.

There's already a lot of stuff, so I think most of it was enough to keep us entertained for a while. [ At least Gojou was occupied, but still thought about a karaoke machine. ] What about you?

You would think that would have been clear. [here he sounds bemused, because truthfully he doesn't think most of the avatars were aware of that the first time around either. they were right, to an extent, where nothing dangerous or brutal happened for months. in the end it worked out even if he has vaguely conflicting feelings about it.]

First of all, I wouldn't have let this happen. [the obvious. at the end of the day no matter what miles is still very much a normal human.] I would have changed the type of people allowed, maybe the rules of participation...information available. Time? I don't regret the trials themselves, but more time would have been better suited.

In the end, I still can't quite decide if having them was for better or worse.
