[ she doesn't love this room, but at least there's no bones or anything this time. she wishes those feelings were more surprising, too. but from an avatar of despair, someone who would drive themselves on through grief, she almost expects this. ]

I suppose. [ it was a busy night. ] You seem wearied.

[ despair please sound a little less fine with it ]

Is it not? Seeing you in a dour mood does seem a little ominous.

[ she radiates some slight concern... a polite level of concern, one might gauge. ]

Fair enough.

[ her real everyday mood lands somewhere between sad and bored, so yeah. ]

Still, I hope you are taking care of yourself. As best as one can here, anyway. It seems as though you have been through quite a lot. [ gauging from their discoveries this week. ]

Many people seem concerned for you all, yes.

[ does she fret? she wouldn't go that far, but most of her care has always been narrowed to a few people.

still, she's guarded, not heartless. ]

I do not envy your position. I imagine it's difficult to watch us and hope for the best.

I would be the same way.

[ that sort of helpless feeling of depending on others. she's still figuring out why it's not always so bad. ]

Would you have done what I did? [ killing childe, that is. ]

[ my only wish for trial tomorrow is that it goes on long enough to find our shitposts. she laughs briefly. ]

You can blame the shenanigans on all our previous killers.

[ it's nothing new!! ]

But yes, we certainly did take our time. I am aware that the curse worked, but I had wondered if we wouldn't have been to late to stop him from killing again.

[ as a deeply judgmental person, she accepts this. she hums quietly as she looks out into the void. she is not fearful, exactly. she accomplished what she set out to do, and she will deal with trouble if it arises. ]

Considering our circumstances, I think the logical course of action would be not to vote at all.

[ there are a lot of reasons not to. to avoid risking an innocent person on sunday, to keep people alive to indulge, to acknowledge that almost everyone was ready to kill childe, and that mineo had simply been the one to pull the trigger. to stop killing over circumstances that are clearly bigger than they originally thought. however, her feelings are obviously doubtful. ]

But if we are discovered, I suspect people will choose us for death all the same, if only because no one will trust everyone to withhold their votes. Or maybe simply out of spite for what we've done. Someone will think: "it would be better to kill a murderer than to risk anyone else."
