[A little nod! Everything he fuckin does is indulgent and he knows literally no chill, brakes or inhibitions. Terrible!! He makes a mental note to talk to Medb more, and also find this third member he's yet to meet who is apparently also into property damage.]
Sounds like you've been doing this for a while, though. Doesn't it get boring?
Correct. [and even the parts that are boring greed won't admit to. and then, almost idly:] How can it be boring when you hardly have any rules to abide by?
[Sometimes, he can have one small sliver of understanding, as a treat.]
Wow! That is impressive. Aren't the others tired of losing? [This fuckin punk.
Also, after a considering pause:] I don't have any rules to follow at all, usually, and I still get bored sometimes. [He also has a .2 second attention span though, and a voracious hunger for constant new stimuli.]
[He just snickers because he's terrible. As for that:]
Oh! Yeah, I always find something new and fun any time I get bored. [That's how he became a cataclysmic special grade curse that evolves faster than a shonen protag in like one single year.] But it doesn't mean I never get bored, you know?
[In a way, boredom is what helps him to evolve! Alongside bloodthirst! How exciting.]
[NOOOOOOO HIS BRAINCELL... All he's using his one braincell for at the moment is bullying White, apparently.
That said, he doesn't seem to think it's an issue, since he was talking more in generals. Sometimes, boredom happens! Like when you can't fight your natural enemy and Getou's at Publix and no one wants to play Monopoly with you, so you just have to go find someone to kill for funsies instead.]
Mm, this is the least boring place I've ever been! Even the people here are interesting to talk to. I've been having a lot of fun even with things like this.
["Like this" as in "not full of misery". Very stupid lad.]
[that counts. but sure, fine, sometimes boredom happens but greed doesn't believe in boredom because greed's constantly busy which is their point, but nooooo. let's not use words and just be annoyingly vague. also i hate mahito.]
...tell me more about the places you've been before. [they're curious.]
ANYWAY STOP BEING ANNOYINGLY VAGUE CHALLENGE!! Mahito looks a little surprised, though.]
You want to know? [SOMEHOW THIS SEEMS FUNKY...] Mm... I haven't really left Japan, but I guess I've been to a lot of cities there. Lots of places outside of the cities, too! Like natural hot springs way up in the mountains, too far away for most humans to reach. Sometimes I go visit Dagon's domain, too - it's a really nice beach. Probably the best beach ever.
[they seem to nod along with this, studying mahito quietly as he talks.]
I've never been overly fond of beaches. [it's more of a comment to themselves than anything.] I've found that travel is another way to alleviate boredom and learn more to perfect your craft. There are far more countries than just Japan.
[greed is really out here just deciding it's fine to encourage a curse to inflict itself on the whole planet earth.]
Really? Why? [Curiously! He loves beaches... Specifically, he loves Dagon's beach, since most others have been RUINED BY HUMANS. It's fine, though.
Also wow Greed THIS IS TERRIBLE. DON'T ENCOURAGE THIS. WHY!! Unfortunately, it's not anything he hasn't considered before, though.]
I want to see a lot more of the world, it's true! You know, curses are normally bound to the place they're born, but... [A beat, and then, with utmost confidence:] It won't be much longer before I can go as far as I want.
Ah! You'd like Dagon's beach, then. No one else is there. [A NOD... He gets it..... He also hates places that are crowded with humans. That's why he's here to wipe them out! Win-win! All beaches become good beaches!
There's a little hum, then. Sometimes you just end up bound places. He's getting the feeling from talking to these avatars that they share something of a similarity there, too, but doesn't say anything aloud. Instead, with a little salute:]
Right, right! I'll give it my all.
[HE NEVER DOES ANYTHING LESS, HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW.]

My entire career has been based on my successes. Why should that stop now?
[that also doesn't answer the question at all, but alright greed.]
no subject
Some successes can still be boring. [He would know, he constantly swerves from potential success just to do whatever seems the most fun instead...]

So some parts aren't boring, is what you're saying.

I should hope I never hear you complaining about boredom then given everything we've provided for you and everything you can do here.
[greed will force mahito to use his braincell.]

[the avatar of greed cares not for taking care of the rest of the other worlds right now. that is someone else's problem.]
Bound to a birthplace...[...hm. well. they are not going to linger on that for long either.] Prove yourself then. The battle's just begun.

but they seem satisfied with that answer.]
Excellent. [...and then, uncertainly:] ...was there anything else you'd like to discuss?
no subject
For now, he'll move to stand up, stretching his arms overhead.]
Mmm, nope! Nothing for now. I'll probably come talk to you again later, though.
[He is being kind enough to give an advance warning that his flea-like presence cannot be shed.]
no subject
Until then.
[they have resigned themselves to this, but also it's fine. please continue to bother greed.]
