And it would fit with my thinking - that it isn't enough of an explanation, to say that some of us are just killing for fun and others want their wish badly enough to become ruthless with very little prompting. Not this many weeks in, with this many dead. So there is another reason, one that we have not discovered yet because we have not yet caught anyone who killed for that reason.
