I can imagine... I heard a little from Pride, and even he seemed shaken up by it.

[... Not bringing up that Envy literally took a bullet for Pride because that seems, hm, like an unfortunate thing to bring up unprompted.]

I, um. When I got separated from the others-- I don't know what they dealt with, but it was all... all of you guys getting what you wanted. Leaving me behind. Killing me before you left, saying it-- it all never really meant anything in the first place, that I was just there for you to get your desires and go. And I'd come back, and it'd happen all over again with someone else.

I hope this doesn't need to be said, but... That wasn't a reflection of real life, you know? We may be assholes, and we do a lot of things we shouldn't be proud of, but we wouldn't ditch you like that.
