[She gets knocked against the table, and that along with her heading damage blur out Medb’s words. She makes a noise of surprise, but the more notable noise is probably the scream of pain she gives as her fingers are bitten clean off.
...She still doesn’t want to do this, she’s furious that this place is making her do this even if it isn’t Anaak - but her free hand reaches towards the girl’s neck, trying to push the button.]
[ This is a nightmare. So much happens at once, and the screams make her run faster.
There are a few things she wants to do, but she knows she doesn't have the time to do all of them. She brings the chair leg down against the back of Ming Yi's neck and without looking to see if it worked, she hurls the chair leg at Miyuki to help get her off Aoi and sprints after it.
[ming yi shorts out, seizing up and turning off, hitting the floor with a heavy thud. he smokes slightly, eyes blank and staring up at sqx.
aoi continues to get stabbed! or stabbed at, anyway, because miyuki is still trying, but medb has a pretty good throwing arm. the chair leg goes flying, and it does in fact hit miyuki, bouncing off and hitting the table. miyuki shrieks again and falls to the side, dropping the scissors. thanks medb.
it's easy enough for endorsi to slap her hand against the back of annak's neck, grazing the button. anaak seizes, jittering and then collapsing on top of endorsi. she's surprisingly heavy.]
[she's, like, trying to force herself up into a sitting position. she puts her hand on the wall to steady herself - her head is still spinning. immediately, she regrets it, because that's her broken arm; she lets out a pained hiss and slumps over again.
...it's hard to watch something that looks so much like ming yi looking at her like that. she reaches down with her other hand in an attempt to close his eyes, then looks to medb, aoi, and miyuki with concern. ...medb's helping, that's good.
anaak drops, and she gasps as she vaguely makes out that she drops directly onto endorsi. hmm. well, she's going to try and drag herself in that general direction with her good arm - either to help endorsi or to try to help aoi if medb bails to help endorsi again]
[ all aoi can manage is to try and throw her arm out and knock the scissors farther away. she would love to try and press that button on miyuki's neck while miyuki is prone, but she's just been stabbed a lot.

[Well, given the wound on her abdomen from the furby monster, something heavy dropping on top of her is pretty unpleasant! And as such, she makes another sharp noise of pain. She's trying to push Anaak off, but the, uh, missing fingers and wound in her shoulder make that a little bit more difficult.]
the scissors clatter across the floor and hit a wall, and miyuki turns on aoi, fists clenched like she will just punch to death, but that's about the point that medb reaches her. her foot connects directly with the button, and miyuki freezes like the others before dropping to her knees, and then to the floor. when she hits the floor, her head sort of... well, it comes off a bit, but it's connected by a bunch of wires. also there's a lot of blood just everywhere, pooling under her, splattered across the wall, it's just a mess.
endorsi is stuck under anaak still, unable to get up herself, which is unfortunate because anaak is starting to smoke. it comes out of her eyes and ears, like a malfunctioning animatronic.
all of their adversaries are now not functioning! it is silent in the room, save for the distant thudding sound towards the vents.]
[ with great effort, aoi hauls herself to her hands and knees. and just stares at miyuki for a long moment. she wraps her arms around herself, trying to conceal how many stab wounds she has. no need for concern! ]
medb does manage to help endorsi get anaak off of her, but only just barely. she continues to smoke - all four of the remains do, sparking occasionally. the room is cold, and you are all in various stages of blood loss and trauma.]
[just dizzily drags herself over to the vent with her good arm and starts to try to get it open. hopefully it will not be my turn again before i get home from work
[ aoi opened up the vent earlier, so luckily sqx won't have to struggle too hard.
aoi will just try and follow along with what everyone else is doing. if no one forces her further in the back, though, she will head in right after sqx. she'd rather be towards the front in case that furby monster comes back. ]
[She's staggering over towards the vent as well, hand (the one with all her fingers intact) pressed against her side, which is now bleeding a little bit more heavily after being crushed by a robot for a few tag rounds. It's hoarse, due to the smoke, but:]

[Who knows if anyone hears that, though, given the hearing damage? It's a little bit hushed, too, so someone else is free to take their turn as line leader in this conga of death through the vents.]
[ Medb is trying very hard not to notice the pain that builds up after all that movement on top of all those injuries. ]
Whatever order is fine. I don't want to stick around in case the robots self-destruct.
[ She recognizes that there are probably better orders, considering how they're all suffering different levels of injuries, but she doesn't think they have too much time to fight this out.
A broken arm and concussed, multiple stab wounds, being crushed....
[sqx, with her damaged hearing, does not hear endorsi, no. she's also not very inclined to let her be up front given she's already had a bite taken out of her.
so she takes a breath and just heads in there! she's moving slowly and cautiously, with her good arm on the side of the vent's... wall...? to help stabilize her, since she's a little unsteady on her feet right now.]
There's light up ahead. [...she says, to the others, who are probably also having hearing issues still] ...suspicious, but... we still have one more task to do.
[off they go! they continue to hear thudding, and this time, since they're closer, they can hear the scrabbling of what sounds like claws on metal. as they make their way through, slowly and surely, nothing seems to happen.
aoi does, however, end up half stepping on something? it's cylindrical and long. and small.
there seems to just be a hallway on the other side of the vents.]
[she makes a face upon hearing that noise - claws on metal... vent rat... vent furby... eugh. luckily, they don't seem to be running into it.
once they make it to the other side, though, she takes a breath and keeps one hand on the hallway's wall to head over to that thing that looks like a trash can. can she look inside it? does it have a lid? will she have to open it? she'll try as best she can with a single hand if she does.]
