In my opinion it's a foolish plan. Numbers don't necessarily mean anything in that case.
But yes, I would avoid voting for the deceased otherwise.

That would be wise. You realize people get swept up in the absurdity of the trial, so they may forget anyhow.
If you're looking for something to do, perhaps you can start thinking of a way to ensure you capture the right person should they act.
