That would be wise. You realize people get swept up in the absurdity of the trial, so they may forget anyhow. If you're looking for something to do, perhaps you can start thinking of a way to ensure you capture the right person should they act. This is the best advice I can give you for now.
i'll mention it before the weekend. and again at trial a couple of times. greed's right, someone might try it anyway.
