In a sense...to help them, sure, figuring out what to do about this thing is a priority. But the dead shouldn't be an afterthought either. It becomes complicated given their relationship with it.

I commend Harrowhark, but it's wild that we spent a whole week treating Childe like garbage, withholding information from him when it wouldn't hurt us—I think it would have benefited us, actually—and... Just doing everything Aoi wouldn't have wanted.

First of all, I’m of the opinion that a murder is a murder regardless of how justified it is. Even if it was ruled an accident, a murder is still a murder and should be treated as such until the truth is found.
People don’t care about logic and reasoning no matter how often I’ve said to focus on the motivations and understand why these things are happening. It was always going to be this way though, I think, because none of you were prepared for a trial system. [as someone pointed out to him. there’s a low-lying bit of unease though.]
But I think the thing about people is that they’re largely unpredictable. It’s why you find someone who understands them a little better to delve into the nuances.
