I'm not fishing for anything. [a clarification, if only because he's aware of how it sounds and doesn't want it to come off as, you know, weird.]

the actual possibility is unknown and while greed could say it's zero, the results of saying it and it not being true would be worse than just not saying anything. so that's what he does. he goes quiet, a hand loosely wrapping around the elbow of his opposite arm as he stares straight ahead.]

I already told Enomoto that the end results might not be something he likes or wants to pursue. Shall I say the same to you?

[there's some irony in saying this to the avatar of greed who is absolutely aware that you can take what you want if you want it enough. it's really just that greed thinks people are wanting the wrong things now and should remain as focused as he is.

even so, his own focus is wavering a bit. he could stand here and argue with gojou, but he knows exactly how this will go.]

Having it is one thing. It's keeping it that takes skill.
