Hehe, don't be silly, Yuyu—Toni pulled all this out just for us, I think we can serve ourselves!

Wait, speaking of, how are you going to eat without showing your face?!

My tastes are quite different from all of yours. Furthermore, servants do not eat with guests.

[they turn toward the serving cart, reaching out to lift the lids of two and set them aside.]

I will be serving you this evening. [with one hand, they begin to put three plates along their opposite arm. and then with their tail, they put two more along the first arm.] I have prepared each of you your own delicacy.

[the grace in which they carry the plates to the table is sickeningly perfect. they put the first plate down in front of shi qingxuan.] Lion's Head. [the deep plate has three thick, pork meatballs settled in a shallow sauce.] The meat has been minced. It is served with cabbage and bamboo shoots.

[takeru receives the next plate. on it is a hearty, juicy burger patty settled on the bottom bun, the cheese melted on top.] An all-American cheeseburger; the lettuce, tomato, bacon, and pickles are on the side for you convenience. Served with crispy, golden fries. [at the edge of the plate are three packets: mustard, ketchup, and mayo.]

[sheila's plate is next. two very thick, but small in circumference pieces of meat sit in the middle.] Filet mignon. The outside has just barely been seared, so the inside remains fresh. It has been garnished with rosemary.

[they place the next plate in front of yuel. a mountain of flat noodles holding up many cuts of chicken.] A whole chicken cooked with wheat noodles and alfredo, mixed with a bit of avocado oil. Carbohydrates and protein, the best diet for a dancer.

[finally, the last "plate" is actually a deep bowl given to misa.] Nishin soba, a Kyoto specialty. Herring and buckwheat noodles, shiitake mushrooms, sugar, sake, mirin, soy sauce, and dashi stock.

[gluttony steps back and bows.]

it's delightful. shi qingxuan beams at the dish, and watches with interest as gluttony unveils the dishes for the others - they sure did luck out tonight, didn't they? it all looks really tasty!]

[After the plates are served, Sheila will cut a small piece from one of the filets. Stare at it. Sniff it. Take a tentative bite.

And then eagerly start to chew, letting out a breath in a way that is just a teeny bit too horny for the food on her plate. Terrible? Awful. But this is literally a feast for gluttons. They are all paddling this foodie boat. Embrace it.]

If this was a restaurant, I would totally leave a tip — and not just because food service workers are horribly underpaid.

[Sheila, what does that mean. She takes a sip from her wine, content, and then turns to whoever is closest on the table.]

[ she gasps as the food is presented to her! given her profession, she leads a decently high-profile lifestyle, so she probably hasn't had this sort of soba in a while, and it's not like she's ever been a big fan of savory foods in general... but with all their indulgences really coming out this week, she's ecstatic about it!

she quickly pouts, though, as she thinks back on gluttony's words. ]

The only problem is that she's not quite sure how to eat a whole chicken without ripping it apart with her hands, so she kind of just hovers in confusion with a fork and knife.

well, it's okay, the chicken is actually cut and separated like chicken alfredo, but the whole chicken was used so now yuel is just out here with the protein from an entire chicken. enjoy.]
