They say that pride is about knowing you're the best in the room. But I believe greed is knowing you're the best and taking that title for your own with little consequence. There's a difference between saying you're the best and being the best, after all.

In a sense, yes. As well as any two coworkers can get along knowing they're working with other people who aren't taking this very seriously. [they shrug.] I tolerate them more than most.

They...are not the worst company, though we don't always agree on everything.

I hardly care if people think poorly of me these days. [which is a bit of honesty in and of itself.] ...I often work alone. And the people I do work with are equally infuriating at times. I suppose I'm still getting used to them after all this time.
