It may simply be time, yes. I have yet to truly isolate the reason behind it; all I am certain of is that it has proceeded in this way since before all of you arrived.

In my case, yes. It has been almost entirely physical.

This makes sense. But it also makes me wonder the extent to which I ought to be worried about some of the others, as the weeks progress.

...so long as one has their memory, and knows who they are, they are always themselves. That is the core of the being, I believe-- without memory, we may turn out quite differently, but even with external influence affecting some change... if we are aware of who we are, there will never be a complete alteration.

I think you must be right. [So where does that leave her dumb swiss cheese brain.] For all that my studies emphasize the soul, it is hardly immutable. I can. . . imagine waking up empty of any experiences, and filling oneself with new ones, and becoming an entirely different person that one would have been otherwise.
