[she makes space! she blearily blinks her eyes open - she's still monsterfied, but she's not burning, just kind of a subdued version of the lava monster. she inches closer to him, resting her head against his chest.]

[ you know. corpse fingers. gu yun shifts down in bed a bit and pulls up the covers over his shoulders and hers, draping his arm across her waist and getting comfortable, tucking his cheek against his other arm and folding it under his head. ]

How're you feeling?

[she stays close, tangling their legs. she's nice and warm, and boneless.]

Tired. I haven't really slept since Monday. [she says, with a little laugh.] Are you okay?

Hmm. You can always appear down here, you know - I won't complain.

And I'm as well as I can be. Better now, I think. It feels like we're getting somewhere, though... [ . . .

[she's super sticky. oops. a pause, and then she giggles a little weakly.]

[ he just... drops his head and laughs, a low snort that turns into silent, mirthful laughter, shoulders shaking a bit with it. ]

We're going to be stuck like this for hours, if what's happened with the others is any indication. [ bonding...after gu yun managed to avoid being sticky all day!! ] Well! I hope you were planning on staying the night.

[ he's teasing, though, clearly not actually bothered. ]

[wow, how horrible. no, she's - really kind of just fine with that? she just settles comfortably and absently pets at him.]

[she's particularly clingy tonight so maybe it's good that it's sticky day.]

Starts laughing, honestly, a little hysterically as he turns his face to the side, into the pillows to muffle his snort. ]

[that makes her dissolve into giggles too, hiding it in his silks.]

[ this is very stupid, but he eggs it on anyway, because it's just a fact of life that the happier and more at peace gu yun is the more annoying he is. therefore, he uses one of those stuck limbs to dig his fingers into her side. hehehe no escape ]

I'm going to feed you your own if you don't stop poking me! [this means nothing because she would never.]

[it makes her laugh, first, the early in the morning comment. haha, boners, she will always laugh about dicks.

and then she sinks into his side with a sigh.]
