Right before we were made to sleep, there were some strange noises. [He's saying this in the tone of someone who expects it's already known.] And just now, before Miss Beau was taken, there were more. If I didn't know better, I'd say you had rats of some kind.

That's...really gross. [rats are bad?] But that's so weird. Maybe we should let Gluttony's cats loose and they can track the rats down for us.

Aw, don't worry! I'd land for you guys sometimes. [but they go quiet for a sec as the back of their cloak flutters.] It would be pretty fun to fly though.

You'd have to, you can't eat while you're gliding.

[No pizza and flying unless you're Venti and you have a pet dragon, which Childe doesn't because he kills dragons for work and/or fun. It's unclear. Don't worry about it.

I can't. I really, really want to, but it doesn't work like that. [but now that childe's actually looking, yeah, he might see there are two small bumps in the back of their cloak just under their shoulders where a pair of wings might fit.]
