i wish i could be like "psych he actually liked vlad" BUT I CAN'T I'M SO SORRY gu yun also thought vlad was annoying jsFKLDSJH but not in the same way that some of the others did, i feel like?? how to explain this. it was like... he could tell that vlad was really smart. and he could tell that he clearly had some capabilities and every reason to be here. that first trial when he wouldn't leave gy alone about doxxing his power he was like :unamused: ugh but it's what i would do, i was gonna lie too you dumb shit!!! so he was like ok, ok, you're here for a reason
and then he just kept

and it was kind of funny, honestly? also him getting 2nd place vote every week was kind of funny, too?? like. gy felt like it had to be obvious that there was a reason for that. he had his own petty grudgewank towards vlad (see: lup stan) but it wasn't anything really like negative-cr causing? if that makes sense. he just found him kind of amusing in a "haha wow man are you blind or just that stubborn" kind of way. we had that one pc where they were hanging at the bar and he was trying to give it to him straight, like "my dude, if you keep running your mouth like that, you're going to get killed".
and then he died the next week... lol.... TWICE, EVEN, he died in the cyoa too. rip.
but gy was trying to sort of help!!! he's a good person, generally, and could see the writing on the wall when it came to vlad and the kind of person he was... but he wasn't trying to help enough to stop bad things from happening either. oh well. he was also a really fun target to mess with LMAO he just kept setting himself up for it. once again!!! you run your mouth too much! gy loves bullying but he also loves being right pops collar
anyway if vlad came to him and was like "you're selfish" he'd be like "yeah? so are you?" and that would be the end of it. LMAO GJKLH yea wouldn't go seek him out or anything but! feelings weren't super negative beyond a "ugh this guy". SO THERE'S THAT I GUESS.
