i was JUST linked a thread of yours to read a little bit ago so i'm thinking about this immediately and gonna do it RIGHT now

by which i mean the feeling with endorsi was like respect the drip, if that makes sense? he recognized her capability as a fighter and likes her sense of humor/sarcasm because same hat, but also thinks she's got pretty garbage taste in murder friends!! NOT SURPRISING

but there was nothing personal about murdering mahito at all, it was literally just cold logic lmao... both for selfish and unselfish reasons. he was pretty immediately sure that childe was going to doxx him to endorsi too because he knew they were buds (just not MURDER buds) so i had even set up a counterproposal if she did KL;AKGSHJGSK

he told endorsi actually the closest version of the truth re: self defense that he told literally anyone else! the glass part wasn't true because he was like im going to save my own ass here but she was the only one he admitted targeting mahito to on his own. it's because he respected endorsi a lot that he decided to come clean with her and let her know what happened. gy's genuinely not a super dishonest guy (more of a truth avoider than a liar) so! he definitely wasnt going after empathy or sympathy with her but rather was just like "i respect you and i don't want you making assumptions about me so i'll give you the details. it just be that way so im not apologizing for it. also your friend is a weirdo."

and then it came out that she did a murder too and he was just like yeup that's how i read it glad we're both like this LOL. That's Just How It Be Sometimes you gotta get ahead somehow!
