Prefacing this with the fact that Lenore is a lying liar who lies, she pretty much started approaching Mineo because he seemed like an emotional guy who'd be easy to use. Also, she found it genuinely adorable that he'd get so flustered around her.
When Law died, she was close to giving up on bothering with human allies, but then Mineo showed up to offer his help, and she started latching onto him instead, giving him loads of affection. Ultimately, she saw him as sort of an adorable puppy.
She was hoping to use him for protection, trying to spend curfews with him so that, if someone targeted her in the night, she could steal his gun and kill them decisively. Unfortunately, that didn't work out on Week 5, especially since Mineo told her he was staying with Endorsi (Lenore was warned earlier that day about Mahito, who always spent his curfews with Endorsi. So she quickly agreed to seek out Gojou instead.)
With that in mind, learning that Childe died by getting shot by Mineo was extremely satisfying news to hear, and she was very proud of him. Lenore has very low expectations for humans and really didn't expect him to do something so very cool and perfect. So in the end, she considers Mineo a very good boy.
Lenore enjoyed Law's company from the get-go! Even though he was emotionally reserved, he was obliging whenever she wanted something from him, and tolerated her flirting even if he didn't reciprocate much.
And then Steven died, and things really took off with Law immediately coming to her aid. Lenore thought this was super romantic, even though she also thought he had an ulterior motive at the time. (Still would have been very cool of him if it was a ploy.) After the trial, it became clear where Law stood, and Lenore realized she could count him as an ally, both in wanting revenge on Steven's killer, and in general, as someone to rely on whenever needed.
While Lenore was pretty much yandere for Steven, Law was very different! She had no reason to want him dead, and what's even better, she felt confident that he would be loyal to her because of their connection to Steven. She didn't have to worry about him killing her, nor did she have to tiptoe as much in trying to pretend she has a moral compass, so she could relax a bit more.
So yeah, in their mini-event when she got to kill one of them? Easy choice. She pretty much always wanted to kill Steven and to keep Law alive.
Whenever they interacted, Law usually did what Lenore wanted, often even if she didn't ask him, and that makes him an A+ human that is very good to have around! She was a little disappointed that he wouldn't share Steven, which like. Was probably a good thing, actually.
... but yeah, if Vlad hadn't killed Steven, there's a good chance that Lenore would have, and this CR would be looking. very different.
So Lenore had been talking with Mahito quite a bit before even meeting Gojou, and was a little cautious about approaching him since he is a guy who exorcises unholy creatures, and Lenore is... something not entirely unlike that!
But he turned out to be a pretty fun guy, and even a potential ally, as he went out of his way to warn her about Mahito. This landed pretty well with Lenore, both because he chose a wise approach (appealing to her desire for self-preservation more than her mostly-nonexistent compassion), and because it came just as she was questioning a few things about Mahito, anyway. She would have gladly lent him her help as requested, but oops! That sure didn't work out.
He still proved to be both enjoyable and useful in the end (thanks for killing, like, all the sharks!), so Lenore's pretty pleased with him overall.
i'm writing my responses as i tag these bc i can't envision vlad having enough to say for a full tl;cr tl--
Vlad hates Lenore, plain and simple. They had like, half a civil conversation while alive, sure, but she fucking BEELINED to kill him the second she was dead and even played nice at him to do it, which is infuriating. He got back at her, which is very satisfying of course, but it doesn't change the fact that she did it and now he hates her forever.

Lenore mostly sees Vlad as an irritating insect that really needed to be stomped on. He ruined her plans and brutalized her cute humans??? Horrible.
Now that she got her hand back in the end, she is pretty content with having killed him and has no regrets.
and yes it was very embarrassing for her to get beat up and kidnapped by him, she's just going to not acknowledge that at all.
