My apologies. It is simply old habit difficult to break. Where I'm from, it is polite to address a young man such as yourself as "mister."

I do not. It is a challenging pursuit.

Cooking... Challenging. I guess there are some rather intricate techniques, but I never thought of it that way.

Getting the flavors and textures correct is a challenge I enjoy undertaking.

It's worth watching, in my opinion.
