And I still don't get how it's getting more powerful from eating the sins out of people. [ even after witnessing it. how does indulgence work ]

Seeing how it's self-taught, I have wondered if perhaps it's something of a placebo effect. It's getting stronger via other means, but it simply believes it's because of the indulgence.

I have no proof either way, unfortunately. It's another thing to add to the ever-growing list of questions.

So...like, maybe it's just getting stronger because that's what growing up entails? It was made to become organic and that's an organic being thing. [ she frowns a bit ] Not that we can check that or probably even convince it that's a thing.

Maybe. The problem is that some of you have seen proof it ingests indulgences so that leaves us right where we've started. How do you defeat something that's both organic and technology without causing more damage?

[ her solution to most things is to wheel it ]

Right. We've talked about reprogramming it, but what if it having a body means it has its own... personality settled in or whatever?

It's still partially AI enough that reprogramming it may be viable enough. It's just that it won't be the only solution due to its organic nature as well.

[alteracion]

... Maybe if we deal with it simultaneously? Like... contain the flesh while we reprogram it or something.

[ she is trying and clearly not good at thinking of ideas ]

That's a consideration. Separation is something else we've considered, given its attachment to us. If you could find a way to divide it...it's a possibility.

[ seriously why isn't just wheeling it possible ]

So... a literal divide and conquer.

Call it a back-up plan. There must be another strategy that makes far more sense than this.

[alteracion]

Sure, but I think most of our potential strategies don't make that much sense to begin with.

Convenient, given our foe isn't exactly known for being logical.

...we'll keep searching and find something that will work. Whatever that may be.

Yeah. That's kind of our only option, right?

For now. But it's an option to pursue, nevertheless.
